Mortgage rates had a terrible October and are now back to 7%, ugh. Between rates, election uncertainty, and seasonality it feels slow out there. But then we compared this year to last year for new listings and homes going pending, it isnā€™t nearly as slow as Q4 ā€˜23, so thereā€™s that.

But it isnā€™t slow in Normandy Park! Buyers were smitten with this midcentury; it had 200+ people through and received 15 offers in only 2 days. Wow!
